Megan was born and raised in San Diego where she spent most of her time outdoors playing sports. She came to Chico State in 2001 majoring in communication studies and spent 4 1/2 amazing years here. She spent most of her time studying and was actively involved in her sorority Alpha Delta Pi. In her last semester she interned at CBS12/NBC 24.
Megan started working for the station behind the scenes shortly after. Megan began reporting in the summer of 2006 and has loved every moment of it. She truly appreciates all the opportunites given to her and has dreams to one day follow in the footsteps of her idol, Katie Couric.
In her free time Megan enjoys working out and playing with her new puppy Franky!
