They say the 45-year-old then pulled his keys out and threatened to attack officers; at that point six officers fired their tasers. After being hit with the tasers Baumgartner reportedly gave up and was taken to the hospital for treatment of possible broken bones. The call was reportedly the second involving Baumgartner who had been in a dispute with a neighbor earlier in the afternoon.
