Some special needs kids in the north state got the chance to saddle up at the California High School Rodeo and experience a few rodeo events. The special rodeo has been held every year for the past 10 years during the high school rodeo. The rodeo was held Saturday February 16th at the Red Bluff Tehama County Fairgrounds.
