Federal prosecutors have indicted three people for a human trafficking ring with ties right here to the North State.
After completing a two and a half year long federal investigation, prosecutors charged Roberto Urbina Gonzalez, Everardo Ibarra Regalado and Corina Dominguez with harboring illegal aliens.
F.B.I agents say the trio used illegal immigrants from Mexico as prostitutes at brothels in Stockton, Fairfield, Yuba City, Sacramento and Chico.
Although the complaint specifically discusses alleged prostitution, the trio is not charged with any sex related crimes.
