Firefighters were called to a house fire that quickly spread to surrounding brush in the town of Cohasset Saturday night. The call was reported to be a possible domestic dispute. It is not clear if the house fire was intentionally set, but the Butte County Sheriff's Department says criminal charges are expected to be filed. It's not clear if there were any injuries in connection to the incident.
Cohasset firefighters responded, as did the Butte County Sheriff's Department.
Crews were able to get the area surrounding the house under control quickly. They then knocked down the house fire. We'll continue to follow this investigation...
