Former Willows Pastor Set to be Released from Prison

He was once an upstanding member of the Willows Community.  Saturday, he will be released from prison after serving two years for molesting children.  Former Baptist Pastor, real estate agent, and teacher Carlton Hammonds, 59, is getting released from the Department of Corrections in Sacramento.  One woman who asked not to be identified says she wants everyone to be aware that he's being released. According to the California Department of Corrections, Hammonds will be released in Sacramento, his parole officer will be based in Redding, and he will be confined to Glenn and Tehama counties.  He was convicted of three felony counts of lewd acts with a minor 14 and 15 years of age.
