Redding Police are investigating after human remains were found along an irrigation canal today.
Officers say a skull was discovered near the ACID canal off of Locust Street.
So far, there's no word if any other bones were found.
Police say they've taped off the area for the night.
They'll continue the investigation in the morning with help from the Department of Justice.
