The three suspects charged in the beating of a pregnant Redding woman will stand trial January 29th.
That date was set this morning for Lance and Erica Swann, and Jeffrey Walton.
They're charged with attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder on Nicole Vultaggio's unborn child.
The trio is also charged with felony assault for injuries to Vultaggio.
The beating on the Sacramento River Trail resulted in an emergency delivery for the baby, who is now doing fine. ##
