Investigators with the Butte County Sheriff's Office say Monday, March 11, they received a call from a woman who said her child had been molested by a man while in the care of Grandma Linda's Day Care. They say a 3 1/2 year old child reported being inappropriately touched by Thomas Lee Lewis Sr., 63, while in the family's care. Investigators say they spoke to the child, and corroborated the child's story with evidence, and arrested Lewis. Lewis is now charged with Oral Copulation on a Child Under the Age of 10. Lewis' bail is set at $100,000,000.
