A 19-year-old Red Bluff woman faces charges for allegedly giving marijuana to her two-year-old son.
Mindi Crow was arrested Thursday by Red Bluff Police after she admitted smoking marijuana and then putting a marijuana pipe in her child's mouth.
Police were initially tipped off by someone who showed them pictures of the alleged incident. Crow was booked into the Tehama County Jail for providing marijuana to a child and for child endangerment. The little boy and a sibling were placed in protective custody.
