The Anderson woman accused of trying to kill a pregnant Redding woman pleaded not guilty in court Monday.
29 year-old Erica Swann was arraigned on charges of attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder and robbery.
Prosecutors say she was part of a plot to harm 18 year old Nicole Vultaggio and her unborn baby. Vultaggio ... who was eight months pregnant ... was beaten during a robbery last month on the Sacramento River Trail near the Sundial Bridge.
The attack prompted an emergency C-section. Mother and baby are now doing fine.
The baby's father and another man, both marines, are still behind bars in Orange county, where they were arrested for the crime last week .
They will be be returned to Shasta County for prosecution. ###
