It's been a week since a fire ravaged a civil engineering building on the Beale Air Force Base. Officials are still assessing the damage and trying determine what it will take to get the once busy building back up and running. On Monday January 28th, north state congressman John Garamendi and others got a first hand look at the aftermath.
