Oroville Police are trying to determine a motive for a shooting that's left one man in serious condition.
It happened around 2:30 Monday morning at a home on Berry Court.
Police say the victim, who's name is not being released at this time, was leaving a party and walking to his car when he was shot in the neck.
The man was taken to a local hospital.
Police say they don't have any suspects in custody at this time.
