Scrambles restaurant in Chico is giving back. Every Wednesday afternoon from 4:30 to 5:30, the Chico hot spot is dishing out hot meals to anyone in need.
Around 8 volunteers, including Scrambles' owner, are responsible for the act of kindness.
Volunteers are hoping to serve around a hundred people every Wednesday once word begins to spread. They also hope to expand to three days a week, and gather more volunteers and donations.
