The Glenn County Sheriff Thursday released a composite sketch of the man a woman says molested her while impersonating a police officer. The 19-year-old woman told police she was pulled over along Highway 32 just east of Hamilton City on June 23rd. The victim said a uniformed man, claiming to be a police officer, patted her down, fondled her, then let her go.
The suspect is described as being in his 40's, between 6 feet and 6-2 in height; dirty blonde or light brown hair, with crows feet and lines on his forehead.
