There was a big turnout Friday for an anti-tax protest in Oroville. Protestors lined Oro Dam Boulevard, holding signs and waving flags. Congressman Tom McClintock and Assemblyman Dan Logue each gave speeches, condemning over-spending by the state and federal governments. The event is part of the TEA Party movement, which stands for Taxed Enough Already. Another tea party is scheduled for 8:30 am Saturday at the Elks Lodge in Chico.
