The Coffin fire has now burned 1,500 acres southwest of Lewiston and is 40% contained. All evacuation orders have been lifted with the exception of Fawn Lodge Road which remains under a mandatory evacuation. Residents can learn more about the Coffin Fire at a fire information meeting Friday night at 7pm at the Lewiston Elementary School Gymnasium
