An Orland mother and her son were arrested Wednesday on suspicion of growing and selling marijuana.
The arrest followed a two-month investigations by the Orland Police Department and the Glenn County Sheriffs Office.
Doloros Tereasa Lusher, 50 and her 15-year-old son were arrested after officers served a search warrant at their 810 Papst Avenue home.
Investigators say they located 12 immature marijuana plants, numerous marijuana seeds germinating, over an ounce of processed marijuana, small baggies, scales, grow lights, fertilizer, potting soil, and other paraphernalia inside the residence.
The pair are facing charges of cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale. The mother is also facing child endangerment charges.
