Orland police say two 7 year old girls told them a man approached the perimeter fence at their school and demanded they come closer. When they refused, they say the man threatened them, and their school. They told their principal, who called police. The girls described the man as "middle-aged," and "white," possibly driving a white van or a pick-up truck. Police notified the Glenn County Office of Education, and beefed up patrols around the school.
