An overturned big rig on Highway 99 near Nelson Ave. has shut down both lanes of traffic. The accident occured at 11:55pm last night. Highway Patrol does not expect to reopen Highway 99 until 8am. The truck knocked out transmission and power lines. There are no injuries. Expect delays upwards of 30 minutes.
