Two people are dead after a Monday afternoon rollover crash off Highway 299 in the Round Mountain area, according to CHP.
The California Highway Patrol reported a blue sedan was on its wheels with three people trapped inside just before 3 p.m. Moments later, officer confirmed two inside the car died.
Caltrans says the incident is three miles east of Oak Run Road and that traffic can expect delays.
