A search is under way in the Mendocino National Forest for two hunters reported missing.
The Glenn County Sheriff's office joined Mendicino County authorities in the search for Luis Gerardo Magallon and Deniesse Alejandra Rivera-Prado, both 24 years old.
Both were last seen in the area of Plaskett Meadows.
The pair were reported to be adequately dressed for lower temperatures. They were said to have with them a large bottle of water, candy bars, and twenty rounds of ammo for a hunting rifle.
