Recap: Princeton vs. Cornell

Princeton, NJ (Sports Network) - T.J. Bray scored 16 points, leading four starters in double figures, as the Princeton Tigers recorded a 75-57 win over the Cornell Big Red in Ivy League action at Jadwin Gym.

Patrick Saunders added 14 points, Ian Hummer 13 and Douglas Davis 11 points for the Tigers (15-10, 6-3 Ivy) as they won their fourth straight game.

Cornell (10-14, 5-5), a loser of two straight, was paced by Chris Wroblewski and Galal Cancer who both tallied 10 points in the setback.

The Big Red was able to take a small two-point lead at the 14:43 mark of the first half, but with Princeton connecting on an astounding 69.2 percent from the field and 5-of-5 behind the three-point line in the period, Cornell soon found itself trailing at the break, 44-32.

In the second half the Tigers saw their accuracy dip to 42.3 percent from the floor, but still the team was en route to a comfortable win at home.

Cornell came up with just 21 rebounds and turned the ball over 19 times on the evening.
