San Diego, CA (Sports Network) - The San Diego Chargers could be without two of their top three wide receivers when the team hosts the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday.

Eddie Royal is listed as doubtful after not practicing the entire week due to a hamstring injury that also kept him out of Sunday's 7-6 loss at Cleveland. Robert Meachem is also dealing with a sore hamstring, but went through limited practices the past two days and is questionable on the final injury report.

Reserve cornerback Chris Carr is also questionable for San Diego with a quadriceps injury, while left offensive tackle Jared Gaither (groin), linebacker Takeo Spikes (elbow) and defensive end Vaughn Martin (neck) are all probable.

The Chiefs ruled out quarterback Brady Quinn earlier in the week after he sustained a possible concussion in Sunday's 26-16 loss to Oakland, with early- season starter Matt Cassel to be under center as a result.

Defensive end Glenn Dorsey, who's sat out Kansas City's last four contests with a calf problem, is considered questionable for this week along with cornerback Stanford Routt (hamstring).
