Nashville, TN (Sports Network) - The Tennessee Titans claimed guard Mitch Petrus off waivers from the New England Patriots and placed guard Steve Hutchinson on injured reserve on Wednesday.
Hutchinson suffered a knee injury in Sunday's game against Houston. The 12- year veteran out of Michigan made 12 starts this season, his first in Tennessee.
Petrus played in six games for the New York Giants before being waived and signed by the New England Patriots on Nov. 13. He played in two games for the Patriots.
